Vineri seara, 20 octombrie, de la ora 21:00, pe “Heesen Yachts Stadion” din Oss, echipa din localitate joaca impotriva celor de la Den Bosch, intr-un duel din runda cu numarul 10 a Eerste Divisie.

FC Oss a inceput bine sezonul, fiind si pe primul loc intr-un moment foarte bun, dar incet, incet, a inceput sa isi arate nivelul, iar acum abordeaza aceasta partida din postura echipei aflate pe locul 7, cu 14 puncte. Cu toate acestea, dupa doua infrangeri consecutive a reusit sa-si revina, iar la finalul rundei anterioare a terminat invingatoare, 3-1 pe terenul celor de la Cambuur, acela fiind cel de-al patrulea succes stagional.  Reintoarcerea pe teren propriu pune presiunea asupra echipei, deoarece in precedentele confruntari au pierdut la scor, interval in care a luat noua goluri si a dat unul singur, dupa 0-3 cu Jong Ajax si 1-6 cu Go Ahead Eagles.

Den Bosch este una dintre cele mai in forma echipe din ultimele cinci meciuri, dispute in care a strans trei victorii si un rezultat de egalitate, drept pentru care a urcat pe loc de play-off, ocupand locul 6, cu 14 puncte, avand +4 in dreptul golaverajului. In etapa trecuta, Blummel a reusit sa aduca toate cele trei puncte al duelului sustinut de Den Bosch in fata celor de la Jong Utrecht, meciul jucandu-se pe propriul teren.Daca pe teren propriu reuseste sa joace mult mai bine, in deplasare a fost putin vulnerabila, avand o singura victorie din cinci asemenea jocuri, si acela in fata celor de la Eindhoven.
